- "29 days of August" é um e-book com um formato muito especial. Durante os primeiros 29 dias de Agosto de 2001 o autor, J. W. Theodore Youngs, postou na rede um capítulo por dia, enquanto eu postei a ilustração correspondente, também uma por dia. Durante 29 dias, ele escreveu a partir dos Estados Unidos, eu ilustrei a partir do Brasil e nós dois publicamos nosso trabalho na rede. E assim, no final do mês nós havíamos terminado uma única obra coesa (ah, a Internet). Eu criei todas as ilustrações para o projeto no meu Moleskine, que acabou virando o diário real do casal fictício de protagonistas.
"29 days of August" is a very special e-book. For the first 29 days of August of 2001, the author, J. W. Theodore Youngs, posted online one chapter a day, while I posted the correspondent illustration, also one a day. For 29 days, he wrote from the United States, I illustrated from Brazil and we both posted our work online. By the end of the month, we had finished one cohesive, amazing, piece of art (Ah, the Internet). I did all the illustrations for the project on my Moleskine, which became the real journal of the fictitious couple of protagonists.

Eu tinha que registrar essa metamorfose incrível, mas não com aquelas poses típicas de mulher grávida. Gravidez é um troço selvagem.
