Aquarela é relaxante. Aquarela dá nos nervos. Eu amo aquarela. Eu odeio aquarela. Com aquarela não tem meio termo. / Watercolor is relaxing. Watercolor is maddening. I love watercolor. I hate watercolor. There is no much in between with watercolor.

Quando se olha para um lago a primeira coisa que a gente vê é o céu. É como olhar para cima e para baixo ao mesmo tempo. Um desafio irresistível / When you look down at a pond you actually see the sky. AND the pond. It's like looking up and down at the same time. An irresistible puzzle.

Eu tinha que registrar essa metamorfose incrível, mas não com aquelas poses típicas de mulher grávida. Gravidez é um troço selvagem. (Esses auto-retratos foram publicados no livro "Strokes of Genius", da Northlight books) / I had to register that amazing metamorphosis somehow, but not with those typical lady-like pregnant poses. Pregnancy is a wild thing. (These self-portraits were published in the book "Strokes of Genius", from Northlight books.)
